INK & LITHOGRAPH
We utilise CMYK colour (or/ and) Pantone colour to achieve the colour effects
of graphic design. Any special Pantone colours and varnishing effects can be
achieved. We use lead free ink in our lithographic process which complies with
US FDA requirements.
If a client requires an individual Laboratory Report we can
provide this service with the costs to be met by the client.
All laboratory test reports are done by an independent laboratory.
TIN MEASUREMENT
Depending on the construction of the tin, measurements are taken from inside
or outside and the calculation of measurement from inside to outside will be
different.
The measurement of the tin is based on the surface measurement
of the tins covered without including the curled edge and the overall height
(with lid closed).
MINIMUM ORDER QUANITY
5000 pieces for medium to large tins & 10,000 pieces for small tins with
CMYK printing.
As a standard minimum print run we print 2000 sheets .
Example on large tin & small tin printing
2,000 sheets x 4 large tins per sheet = 8,000 large tins from
minimum print run
2,000 sheets x 60 small tin per sheet =120,000 small tins from minimum print
run
We understand some clients may need a short run of 5000 tins
with CMYK printing.
If your print run is CMYK we can accommodate a short run by
pooling a number of jobs on one sheet.
